Romero & Braas

European precision.
Local access.

A production company headquartered between Mexico City and Munich, run by people who stand on set.

The company

Built to close a gap

Romero & Braas was founded by Alexandra Ruths Braas and Paul Krauskopf Romero. One company between two industries: European broadcasters and studios on one side, Latin American crews, vendors and authorities on the other. Most productions lose time and money in the space between them. We built the company to close that space.

Our teams are bilingual and bicultural. They plan to European production standards and execute with local depth in Mexico, Colombia and the Dominican Republic. The people who budget your show are the same people who negotiate your locations and stand next to you on set.

We translate cultures professionally. We connect industries reliably. That is the whole idea.

What this looks like day to day is on the services page.

How we operate

Four rules we do not bend

Legality first

Permits, migration, labor and tax handled by the book. If it is not legal, it does not happen — no matter the schedule pressure.

Problems arrive with solutions

Bad news travels fast here, and it never travels alone. Every problem we raise comes with at least one workable fix attached.

One accountable partner

One contract, one point of contact, one team responsible for the outcome. Not a chain of subcontractors passing responsibility along.

Respect on set

Zero-tolerance non-negotiables, a Person of Confidence on every production, full local labor law compliance. Written down, contract-grade.

First calls are with a founder, not a sales team. Twenty minutes, direct answers, and a clear next step either way.
