The catalog

Four phases. One accountable partner.

Every service below sits under one contract and one point of contact. Take the full run, or the pieces your production is missing.

01
Develop & budget

Numbers you can defend in the greenlight meeting.

Multi-currency budgeting

Budgets built in EUR, USD and MXN with one FX logic — your finance team sees one truth, not three versions of it.

Audit-proof cost reporting

Cost reports structured for broadcaster and studio audits from day one. Every peso traceable to a receipt.

Incentive & VAT structuring

We structure the production so qualifying spend actually qualifies — recovery, rebates and credits confirmed in writing.

Incentives by country →

Schedule & feasibility

Shoot windows checked against weather, permits, public holidays and villa availability — before you commit to a date.

02
Prepare

Everything contracted, permitted and vetted before wheels up.

Scouting & live e-scouting

Year-round scouting on the ground, plus live video walk-throughs so your team approves locations from its desk.

Permits & migration

Filming permits, work visas and crew migration handled end to end. No one boards a plane before the paperwork is real.

Villa & hotel contracting

Villas and boutique-hotel buyouts contracted owner-direct. No broker layer, clean terms, clear liability.

Crew & casting

Local crews with bilingual heads of department, plus casting support on the ground when the format needs faces.

Vendor negotiation

We negotiate with local vendors in their language and their market — on terms your auditors can read.

Security planning

Risk assessment, security concept and vetted personnel, scaled to the format, the region and your duty-of-care policy.

03
Shoot

A ground operation that holds the schedule.

Bilingual production management

Production management that speaks your language and the crew's. Nothing gets lost between the office and the set.

Local crews & camera packages

Experienced local crews and camera packages from FX6/FX9 class up, sourced in-country and tested before day one.

Remote control rooms

Live feeds and remote control rooms connected to European galleries — bandwidth measured, redundancy planned, rehearsed.

Transport & unit logistics

Unit moves, drivers, fuel and basecamp — timed so the call sheet survives contact with the day.

Customs & export notices

Temporary import of equipment, carnets and export notices handled in advance — not argued at the border.

24/7 multi-villa operations

Round-the-clock operation across parallel villa sets, with clean handovers between shifts and one line of command.

04
Wrap

The money comes home, documented.

VAT (IVA) recovery

We run the recovery process on qualifying local spend and stay on it until the money is back with your production.

Final cost report

A closing report your auditors can sign off — reconciled, referenced and delivered in the structure they expect.

Withholding-tax certificates

Certificates and supporting documentation for withholding tax, prepared for your finance team without chasing.

Asset return & storage

Set assets returned or stored in-country between seasons — inventoried, insured and accounted for.

Format experience

Built for reality and entertainment at scale.

We operate full production villages across parallel villa sets — and keep the same discipline on a four-person documentary unit.

Multi-villa reality shows

Parallel villa sets, challenge and date areas, 24/7 coverage and remote galleries — run as one synchronized operation.

Boutique-hotel buyouts

Full-property takeovers contracted owner-direct, with the hotel's operation folded into the production's.

Docu-series

Lean bilingual units with real access — fixers, permits and protagonists across the region.

Features & commercials

Crews, camera packages and location logistics for scripted and brand productions, at feature discipline.

Production standards

The R&B Awareness Framework is part of every contract we sign — zero-tolerance non-negotiables, a Person of Confidence on every production, a defined escalation path and full local labor law compliance. Read the framework →

FAQ

Before you send the email.

Do you sign NDAs before we share the format?

Yes. Send yours or request ours — it comes back countersigned within 24 hours. We discuss nothing about the format, the broadcaster or the window before it is in place, and we hold that line with every project.

How fast can you turn a first budget?

The clock starts when the scope is clear. Our scope form covers the same checklist a first call would — format, shoot window, villa criteria, crew, equipment, connectivity. With that in hand, you get a one-page risk pre-mortem within 48 hours and first location options within 72. A first top-line budget in your currency follows on the same momentum; the exact turnaround depends on the format's complexity, and we commit to a date in writing before we start.

Which countries do you cover?

We operate our own infrastructure in Mexico, Colombia and the Dominican Republic, with hubs in Mexico City and Munich. We have delivered projects beyond those three — Chile among them — and we will tell you plainly when another market serves your format better.

Can you work with our compliance and insurance requirements?

Yes. Broadcaster and streamer compliance frameworks, duty-of-care policies and insurance conditions are part of our normal paperwork. The R&B Awareness Framework is written into every contract, our cost reporting is structured for audits, and we provide the documentation your insurers and legal teams ask for — before they ask twice.

Who owns the client relationship during the shoot?

You keep editorial and creative control; we own the ground operation. One contract, one accountable point of contact, bilingual production management between your gallery and the local crew. We do not disappear behind subcontractors — if something breaks at 3 a.m., you call one number, and it is ours.

Start here

Send us the shape of the show.

Format, shoot window, rough headcount. That is enough for a first call that starts at step three — everything else we build together under NDA.
